Changes to Plan. In the event that Alameda County Medical Center (ACMC) wishes to explore health and dental plans to be provided through alternate carriers or with modified plan designs, the Medical Center will notify UAPD of its intent. The parties shall meet and confer regarding all proposed changes as well as ACMC’s contributions to such plans.
Changes to Plan. In the event that Alameda County Medical Center wishes to explore health and dental plans to be provided through alternate carriers or with modified plan designs, in particular, a self insured option, the Medical Center will notify Local 1021 of its intent. If a self-insured option is proposed, it will be done as an additional plan option and not as the sole option. The RN unit will participate in a joint labor management committee with the purpose of exploring ways of reducing and/or holding down the cost of employee health, vision and dental plans for both the Center and the employees. Changes to Plan. An approved Management and Operations Plan may be changed from time to time with the approval of the Head of Regional Division. Prior to approving any such change, the Head of Regional Division shall give notice to TELKOM setting out in detail the proposed change and any relevant background information. Following discussion and consultation in good faith with TELKOM, Head of Regional Division shall approve the proposed change with such modifications, if any, as recommended to him. Notice of all approved changes to a Management and Operations Plan, including a copy of the revised plan, shall be delivered forthwith by the Head of Regional Division to TELKOM and the Investor.
