Changes to Licensed Materials. VNDS may from time to time replace or make modifications to the Licensed Product licensed hereunder. In the event of a change in the Supported Protocol from RRP to EPP, Registrar shall migrate to, or implement, such Supported Protocols within eighteen (18) months of notice of such modification. For all other changes, VNDS will provide Registrar with at least ninety (90) days notice prior to the implementation of any material changes to the Supported Protocol, APIs or software licensed hereunder.

For the avoidance of doubt, design or usability improvements to the web interface to the Registry SRS shall not be considered material changes.
