Changes to Law. The parties will comply with changes to any legal requirements for independent study that occur subsequent to this agreement, and will meet and confer regarding implementation of same.
Changes to Law. To the extent that any of Gatherer’s activities pursuant to this Agreement result in the generation of or otherwise qualify for any emission reduction credits or emission offset credits or bonus emission allowances (collectively, “Greenhouse Gas Credits”) and Shipper has paid for an allocable share of the costs of such activities, then Shipper shall be entitled to receive, and Gatherer shall obtain and convey to Shipper, Shipper’s allocable share of any such Greenhouse Gas Credits. If any governmental authority takes any action (including issuance of any “policy statement,” rule, or regulation) whereby the receipt, gathering, treating, or delivery of Shipper’s Gas as contemplated under this Agreement shall be prohibited or subject to terms, conditions or regulations, including rate or price controls or ceilings or open access requirements not in effect on the effective date of this Agreement and which, in the reasonable judgment of Gatherer, materially adversely affect the economics of the services provided, and Fees received, under this Agreement, then, upon Notice by Gatherer to Shipper, the Parties shall as promptly as practicable meet to negotiate in good faith such changes to the terms of this Agreement as may be necessary or appropriate to preserve and continue for the Parties the rights and benefits originally contemplated for the Parties by this Agreement, including returns expected by Gatherer, with such amendment to this Agreement to be effective no later than the effective date of such new or amended applicable law.
Changes to Law. If any changes or prospective changes to Applicable Data Protection Laws result or will result in one or both parties not complying with the Applicable Data Protection Laws, then the parties shall enter into good faith discussions to agree such variations to this DPA as may be necessary to strictly remedy such non-compliance.
Changes to Law. If Your Employer’s obligations under any applicable law change after the commencement of your employment, then Your Employer may in its discretion vary the corresponding provisions of this Agreement or add a new provision.
Changes to Law. This MOU may be changed by the parties as necessary to address any new orders issued by a federal, state, or local officer or agency that contradict or impacts the terms of this MOU.
Changes to Law. 19.13 The Parties acknowledge that there may be changes to the Applicable Laws and that those changes may require amendments to be made to this Agreement. The Parties will cooperate to make any amendments to this Agreement that may reasonably be required as a consequence of those changes. This Agreement will be considered to be amended accordingly from the date the amendment is agreed.
Changes to Law. The provisions of this Contract, including but not limited to those provisions concerning funding, shall remain binding upon the parties throughout the term of this Contract notwithstanding any modification to or change in the Charter School Act or similar laws made after execution of this Contract.
Changes to Law. The price agreed to above is based on EKO’s anticipated compliance with current Federal, State and local laws and permitting requirements. In the event that there are changes in such laws or permitting requirements, which impose additional costs that are attributable to the characteristics of the biosolids, EKO may request that the agreed to price be renegotiated, stating in detail the reasons or justifications for the request. Such request for additional sums must be in writing. In the event agreement of a revised amount cannot be reached within sixty (60) days of receipt of such request, either party may terminate this agreement with ninety (90) days written notice.
Changes to Law. 17.1 The parties acknowledge that there may be changes to the Applicable Regulations to which the parties are subject. The parties agree that, if in Origin's reasonable view, changes to the Applicable Regulations these materially affect the parties' rights or obligations, Origin may amend this Agreement to take into account those changes.
Changes to Law. Xxxxx may change any provision of this Agreement to the extent required to comply with any Applicable Law without the consent of the Customer.
