Changes to Account/Terms. We may change the terms of this Agreement and your Account at any time, including APRs and fees, in accordance with applicable law and the terms of this Agreement. We will give you notice of any such changes in the manner required by law. Any changes or revised Account terms apply as of the effective date communicated to you in our notice to you unless the notice provides you with the right to opt out, and you do opt out, before the effective date.
