Changes regarding the fund etc. The Fund Manager shall notify the Swedish Pensions Agency of significant changes regarding the fund of importance to the fund agreement and the cooperation with the Swedish Pensions Agency. The Fund Manager shall also inform the Swedish Pensions Agency of all changes to the fund rules and the prospectus for the fund. Notice according to the above shall be given without delay from the time the change was adopted by the Fund Manager or otherwise became known to the Fund Manager, or, where applicable, from the time the relevant supervisory authority announced its decision to approve the change. Should the information not be submitted to the Swedish Pensions Agency in sufficient time so as to enable the agency to review and assess the change in relation to the conditions of the fund agreement before the change is to become effective, including implementing necessary changes to the agency’s systems and inform, in writing, relevant pension savers of such changes the Swedish Pensions Agency deems to be of importance to the pension savers’ fund selection, the fund may be subject to Halt to further subscriptions and selections during the period when the agency is taking the necessary actions.
