Changes of Status. For purposes of this Section 2, your transfer between an Affiliate and any other Affiliate or the Company will not be a termination of employment. If a Change of Control occurs prior to any of the events described in this Section 2, any applicable terms of Section 3 will supersede the terms of this Section 2.
