Changes in the Scope of Work. Where a Scope of Work is included with this Agreement, costs resulting from changes in the scope of this project by the Customer, including any additional requirements or restrictions placed on AVI by the Customer or its representatives, will be added to the contract price. When AVI becomes aware of the nature and impact of the change, a contract Change Order will be submitted for review and approval by the Customer before work continues. Changes in the Scope of Work. A. Without invalidating the contract, the COUNTY may at any time, by written change order, in accordance with the COUNTY’s Purchasing Policy and Procedures, increase or decrease the scope of the work and the contract price or time may be adjusted accordingly. For changes in work requested by CONTRACTOR, the CONTRACTOR shall prepare and submit change order requests for COUNTY approval. Each change order shall include time and monetary impacts of the change, whether the change order is considered alone or with all other changes during the course of the Project. Both the COUNTY and the CONTRACTOR shall execute the change order.

Changes in the Scope of Work. 3.1 The City may make changes in the services to be provided hereunder at any time by giving written notice to Consultant. If such changes increase (additional services), decrease or eliminate any amount of work, the City and Consultant will negotiate any change in total cost or schedule.
