  • CHANGES IN SCOPE Any changes in the scope of the Services to be performed under this Contract shall be in the form of a written amendment to this Contract, mutually agreed to and signed by both parties, specifying any such changes, fee adjustments, any adjustment in time of performance, or any other significant factors arising from the changes in the scope of Services.

  • CHANGES IN SCOPE OF SERVICES Only the Xxxxxx County Board of Supervisors has the authority to agree to any extension of time, change order, change in the scope of work, change in the contract price, or other term or condition affecting either Contractor's or County's duties set forth herein. Adjustments in compensation, if any, shall be determined through negotiation between the parties to the Agreement and are subject to approval by the Board of Supervisors.   • Changes in Services The parties agree and acknowledge that any Provider may make changes from time to time in the manner of performing the applicable Services if such Provider is making similar changes in performing similar services for itself, its Affiliates or other third parties, if any, and if such Provider furnishes to the Recipient substantially the same notice (in content and timing) as such Provider provides to its Affiliates or other third parties, if any, respecting such changes.   • Changes in Contract Time All Change Orders must state that the Contract Time and the Material Completion and Occupancy Date either are not changed or are increased or decreased by a specific number of Days. The CONTRACTOR must provide written justification for the extension to the Design Professional and to the Owner. The written justification must demonstrate an anticipated actual increase in the time required to complete the Work beyond that allowed by the Contract as adjusted by prior Change Orders to the Contract. No extension to the Contract Time shall be allowed unless the additional or changed Work increases the length of the critical path beyond the Material Completion and Occupancy Date. If approved, the increase in time required to complete the Work shall be added to the Contract Time. The Owner may decrease, by Change Order, the Contract Time when an Owner-requested deletion from the Work results in a decrease in the actual time required to complete the Work as demonstrable on the critical path of the Construction Progress Schedule. Eligibility and processing requirements for Time Dependent Overhead Costs for compensable delay is addressed in Article 3.3.8 and 3.3.10.
