Changes in Services. The parties agree and acknowledge that any Provider may make changes from time to time in the manner of performing the applicable Services if such Provider is making similar changes in performing similar services for itself, its Affiliates or other third parties, if any, and if such Provider furnishes to the Recipient substantially the same notice (in content and timing) as such Provider provides to its Affiliates or other third parties, if any, respecting such changes. In addition, and without limiting the immediately preceding sentence in any way, and notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, such Provider may make any of the following changes without obtaining the prior consent of the Recipient: (i) changes to the process of performing a particular Service that do not adversely affect the benefits to the Recipient of such Provider’s provision or quality of such Service in any material respect or materially increase the charge for such Service; (ii) emergency changes on a temporary and short-term basis; and (iii) changes to a particular Service in order to comply with applicable Law or regulatory requirements.
Changes in Services. No change will be made to the scope of Services unless Xxxxx and Siemens agree in writing to the change and any resulting price, schedule or other contractual modifications. If any change to any law, rule, regulation, order, code, standard or requirement impacts Siemens’ obligations or performance under this Agreement, Siemens shall be entitled to a change order for an equitable adjustment in the price and time of performance.
Changes in Services. The School District may, at any time, require changes in the scope of the Services. A Change in Services, including any increase or decrease in the Consultant's compensation and/or time of performance, will be incorporated in written amendments to this Agreement when mutually agreed upon in advance by both parties.
Changes in Services. Bank may from time to time add to, discontinue or modify the Services and may update or make changes to the Service Documentation relating to a Service. Bank will give Customer notice of any material change, and such change will be effective as of the date specified in the notice sent to Customer. Bank may notify Customer of changes and updates by Electronic Transmission or other means permitted by law.
Changes in Services. ACS will provide a reasonable notice period for changes/discontinuation of services so that AFS has an opportunity to make the necessary modifications to its ordering, billing, and customer service systems, and so that it can provide sufficient customer notification regarding any changes.
Changes in Services. 4.20.1. The Consultant shall, if requested in writing by the GNWT, make changes in the Services including changes which may increase or decrease the original scope of Services; and

Changes in Services. 1.6.1 OWNER may request changes in the scope of the services of ENGINEER. Such changes, including any increase or decrease in the amount of the ENGINEER’S compensation, which are mutually agreed upon by and between OWNER and ENGINEER, shall be incorporated in written amendments to this Contract.
Changes in Services. We may introduce new services or enhance existing services from time to time. Unless we state otherwise, any new or enhanced services will be subject to the terms of this Agreement. By using new or enhanced services when they become available, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions relating to the services. We may amend (add to, delete from, or change) the terms of this Agreement at any time by sending a notice to any of you at the address or email address shown in our records, by posting the notice or an amended agreement on our web site, or delivering it to you. Your continued access to or use of Digital Banking, or any part thereof, shall be effective as your acceptance of any amendment to this Agreement. You may choose not to accept the change by closing your Account(s) or terminating this Agreement and your use of the Service.
Changes in Services. Xxxxxxx-xxx.xxx shall adjust the Services for any SOW upon Customer’s request; provided, however that if any such requested adjustment represents a material increase or decrease in the scope, nature or type of the Services, the parties shall, in good faith, first mutually agree on a revised SOW description in writing.
