CHANGES IN SCOPE. Any changes in the scope of the Services to be performed under this Contract shall be in the form of a written amendment to this Contract, mutually agreed to and signed by both parties, specifying any such changes, fee adjustments, any adjustment in time of performance, or any other significant factors arising from the changes in the scope of Services.
CHANGES IN SCOPE. If any action or omission on the part of the Agency procurement officer (which term includes the designee of such officer for purposes of this paragraph 15) requiring performance changes within the scope of the Contract constitutes the basis for a claim by the CONTRACTOR for additional compensation, damages, or an extension of time for completion, the CONTRACTOR shall continue with performance of the Contract in compliance with the directions or orders of such officials, but by so doing, the CONTRACTOR shall not be deemed to have prejudiced any claim for additional compensation, damages, or an extension of time for completion; provided:
CHANGES IN SCOPE. Changes that would modify the scope of the work authorized in a work authorization must be enacted by a written supplemental work authorization. The Engineer must allow adequate time for the State to review and approve any request for a time extension prior to expiration of the work authorization. If the change in scope affects the amount payable under the work authorization, the Engineer shall prepare a revised work authorization budget for the State's approval.
CHANGES IN SCOPE. The Commonwealth may, at any time by written order, make changes within the general scope of the Contract. No changes in scope are to be conducted except at the approval of the Commonwealth.
CHANGES IN SCOPE. To the extent the Parties agree to make any changes to the scope of Services described in this SOW, they will also agree in good faith to any appropriate adjustments (if applicable) to the fees set forth in this SOW.
CHANGES IN SCOPE. Contractor agrees changes in objectives and scope of the work which have significant bearing on the work must have State’s written approval prior to proceeding. Contractor must submit to State requests for increases in time or funding before extra work is started and at least thirty (30) days prior to termination of this Agreement. CHANGES IN SCOPE. The Academy shall have the right from time to time by written notice to propose changes in or additions to the services to be supplied under this Agreement. Service Provider agrees to comply, to the extent feasible, with such change notices, which shall become part of the Agreement. If such changes cause an increase or decrease in the cost of time required for performance, the parties will agree in writing on the revised price and delivery schedule before the changes are initiated.
