Changes in Program. The provisions of Article 13, which allow for the administrative transfer of staff due to a change in program, adopted by the Collaborative School Committee and affirmed by the Superintendent, will be appropriately followed.

Changes in Program. The Group understands that the Agency may make modifications to the Agreement and or the ACHN Program throughout the course of the term of the Agreement. Changes will be communicated to the Group within thirty (30) days of the change. The Alabama State Plan and the Provider Manual will be updated accordingly.
Changes in Program. At Learn & Fly’s sole discretion, it may amend, modify, or change the Program or terms of this Agreement or the Parent Hanbook. When a new school is opened or redesigned, the principal shall make hiring decisions until the new Personnel Committee becomes operational. Once a school has hired ten percent (10%), or at least three (3) teachers, whichever is higher, those teachers shall constitute an interim Personnel Committee The first three teachers who accept positions, and who agree to serve, shall constitute the Personnel Committee until sufficient teachers are hired to enable a vote for bargaining unit members of the committeefor the Personnel Committee. The principal will follow the processes and standards set out in this Article.

Reasons to make changes in the program may include: ● Bad weather, which comprises the safety of the participants ● Current health status of the group or individual participants

We will present for the ISSC’s review and approval any proposed changes in the terms and conditions of the scholar’s exchange program, including changes of department, position duties/topic of research, salary or compensation (increase or loss of funding), location of activities, or dates of program. This also includes any invitations the scholar might receive to give occasional lectures or short-term consultations.
