Common use of Changes in Organizational Documents Clause in Contracts

Changes in Organizational Documents. No Loan Party shall amend in any respect its Organizational Documents without providing at least thirty (30) calendar days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and, if such change would be adverse to the Lenders as determined by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion, obtaining the prior written consent of the Required Lenders.

Changes in Organizational Documents. No Loan Party shall, nor shall any Loan Party permit any of its Subsidiaries to, amend in any material respect its Organizational Documents without providing at least thirty (30) calendar daysten Business Days’ prior written notice (or such shorter notice as to which the Administrative Agent may agree in its sole discretion) to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and, if in the event such change would be adverse in any material respect to the interests of the Lenders as determined by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable sole discretion, obtaining the prior written consent of the Required Lenders.
