Changes in Nature of Business. The Parent Borrower shall not, nor shall the Parent Borrower permit any of the Restricted Subsidiaries to, directly or indirectly, engage in any material line of business substantially different from those lines of business conducted by the Parent Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries on the Closing Date or any business reasonably related, complementary, synergistic or ancillary thereto or reasonable extensions thereof (as determined by the Parent Borrower in good faith).
