Changes in Locations, Name, etc. Each Grantor will furnish to the Collateral Agent promptly (and in any event within thirty (30) days (or such longer period as the Collateral Agent may reasonably agree) of such change) a written notice of any change (i) in its legal name, (ii) in its jurisdiction of organization or, if not a registered organization, location for purposes of the UCC, (iii) in its type of organization or corporate structure which would impair the perfection and priority of the Security Interest granted hereby; or (iv) in its organizational identification number (if any).
