Changes in Locations, Name, etc. Except upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Collateral Agent and delivery to the Collateral Agent of (a) all documents reasonably requested by the Collateral Agent to maintain the validity, perfection and priority of the security interests provided for herein and (b) if applicable, a written supplement to Schedule 4 showing any additional locations at which Inventory or Equipment shall be kept, it shall not do any of the following:

Changes in Locations, Name, etc. Except upon thirty (30) 10 days’ (or such shorter period as may be agreed by the Collateral Agent) prior written notice to the Collateral Agent and delivery to the Collateral Agent of (a) all documents reasonably requested by the Collateral Agent to maintain the validity, perfection and priority of the security interests provided for herein and (b) if applicable, a written supplement to Schedule 4 showing any additional locations at which Inventory inventory or Equipment equipment shall be kept, it such Grantor shall not do any of the following:
