CHANGES IN GRADE or Subject Assignment
CHANGES IN GRADE. If at any time the Railroad shall elect, or be required by competent authority to, raise or lower the grade of all or any portion of the track(s) located within the Crossing Area, the County shall, at its own expense, conform the Roadway to conform with the change of grade of the trackage.
CHANGES IN GRADE. An employee transferred to a title having a higher maximum basic weekly wage rate will have his/her wage treatment determined solely in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Promotion Pay Plan dated August 9, 1992. Similarly, an employee transferred to a title having a lower maximum weekly wage rate and who is not subject to the provision of Article 13, will have his/her wage treatment determined solely in accordance with the Promotion Pay Plan. Any changes to or deviations from the procedures set forth in the Promotion Pay Plan must be mutually agreed to by the Company and the Union.
CHANGES IN GRADE or Subject Assignment Changes in grade assignment in the elementary schools and in subject assignments in the secondary schools are the responsibility of the principal, but must be in accordance with Article X.B.1. Affected teachers shall be consulted as soon as practicable before any change in assignment is made.
