Changes in Dues. If the Association desires to change its dues during the term of this Agreement, the Employer will notify the Association of the reasonable costs to accommodate the change in dues. If the Association elects to change its dues after receiving such notice, the reasonable costs of reprogramming shall be borne solely by the Association.
Changes in Dues. (a) The amount of dues certified on the SF-1187 will remain unchanged until an authorized Union official provides written certification that the amount of dues has changed. A new SF-1187 will not be required.
Changes in Dues. The Union shall provide the District with adequate and necessary data on any change to dues no less than forty-five (45) days prior to an effective date of any change. The District shall refer and direct to the Union all unit employees who approach the District opposing questions or attempting to make submissions regarding dues deductions.

If the amount of regular dues is changed by the UNION, the UNION will promptly notify the DFAS, in writing, and will certify as to the new amount of regular dues to be deducted each pay period. New SF 1187 authorization forms will not be required. Changes in the amount of UNION dues for payroll deduction purposes shall not be made more frequently than once in each 12-month period.
Changes in Dues. In the event of a change in the Union dues, the Union will give the Employer notice on the effective date and amount of change, and shall submit revised authorization for such deductions, unless the prior authorization provides for the deduction of such changed amounts.

Notice delivered on or before the twentieth (20th) day of any month shall become effective with the first paycheck of the succeeding month.
