Common use of Changes in Agreement Clause in Contracts

Changes in Agreement. There shall be no further negotiations during the term of this agreement except for a successor agreement or by mutual agreement. During the term of this agreement, the agreement may be altered, added to or deleted only through voluntary, mutual consent of the parties. Any amendments to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. The Association recognizes the right of the School District/Board to execute policy as long as such policy is not specifically in violation of any provision of this collective bargaining agreement.
