Changes in Agents. 23.1 The Issuer and the Guarantor may terminate the appointment of any Agent at any time and/or appoint additional or other Agents by giving to the Agent whose appointment is concerned and, where appropriate, the Fiscal Agent at least 45 days' prior written notice to that effect, provided that, so long as any of the Notes is outstanding:
