NOTICE OF MOVE OUT PRIOR TO THE END OF YOUR CONTRACT DATE Residents must complete a Notice to Vacate form and submit it to the Student Housing Office on the first day of the month, 2 months prior to when they wish to leave - See Refund policy. (eg. leaving Student Housing January 1st, notice must be given by no later than Nov. 1) Students who choose to move out early will be subject to $100 early withdrawal fee.
