Change Proposals. Within the time limits set out in this Section 7.6, after receipt of a Request For Change Order Proposal or a Construction Change Directive, the Contractor shall submit to the Owner and the Architect a written Change Order Proposal setting out any proposed adjustment in the Contract Sum or Contract Time, or both, to which the Contractor believes it (1) would be entitled as a result of the change in the Work proposed in the Request For Change Order Proposal or (2) is entitled as a result of the change in the Work directed by the Construction Change Directive. Such Change Order Proposal may be in the form of a lump sum proposal (with adequate cost substantiation as required by the Owner and calculations showing the amount of markups on costs), or a unit price proposal, or a combination thereof, for a proposed increase in the Contract Sum, and in similar form for a proposed extension of the Contract Time, and otherwise shall be in such form and in such detail as the Owner or the Architect may require. Such Change Order Proposal shall be submitted as soon as practicable after the Contractor’s receipt of the Request For Change Order Proposal or the Construction Change Directive, but in no event later that thirty (30) days after the Contractor’s receipt of the Request For Change Order Proposal or the Construction Change Directive.
Change Proposals. If The Owner requests the Design/Builder to submit a Change Proposal which would entitle the Design/Builder to an increase in the GMP for costs of preparation of such Change Proposal pursuant to the provisions of this Section 6.3, the Design/Builder shall first estimate the costs of preparing such Change Proposal and inform The Owner in writing of such costs. The Owner shall then direct the Design/Builder either to proceed with the Change Proposal or cancel the Change Proposal. If The Owner directs the Design/Builder to proceed with the Change Proposal and then elects not to proceed with the Change Order contemplated therein, a Change Order shall be issued to reimburse the Design/Builder for any costs incurred by the Design/Builder on account of such Change Proposal, but only to the extent the Change Order contemplated by such Change Proposal involves a material change to the scope of the Work requiring modification to one or more systems which have been designed and approved in accordance with the standards set forth in Section 2.4.3. To the extent the preparation of such Change Proposal impacts the Schedule (e.g., other Work is suspended pending a decision on such Change Proposal or the Design Work is delayed due to the preparation of the Change Proposal), an equitable adjustment in the Schedule shall be made.
Change Proposals. A. Submit a Change Proposal (CP) to the Designer for Contractor initiated changes in the Contract Documents or in response to a Request for Change Proposal.
Change Proposals. Material changes in scope, rush delivery, rework of items already approved or requests for additional revision cycles, services and/or deliverables beyond those listed herein hereafter known as change orders, shall not be effective until authorized representatives of both Parties execute a mutually acceptable written change order to this Agreement. Any fees arising from change orders, additional services, or deliverables not reflected herein will be invoiced upon completion. Change orders agreed to by email shall be valid and enforceable as if made part of this Agreement.
Change Proposals. 10.1 Each variation of this Agreement must commence with a proposal made in accordance with the provisions of this Clause 10 (a Change Proposal).

Change Proposals. Any changes to the term, deliverables, price or scope of a Sales Order will be documented in a “Change Request” to be signed by both Customer and Osprey within an amended Sales Order.

Change Proposals. Upon receipt of proposal from SAG to change the terms of an Order for Additional Services (a "Change Proposal"), RTU shall promptly provide (i) any information requested in such proposal, and (ii) its written acceptance or rejection of the proposal. RTU may not reject any Change Proposal that does not materially shorten the delivery or performance schedule or materially alter the Additional Services or Deliverables, and may not unreasonably reject any other Change Proposal. The Order shall be revised accordingly and authorized by the Parties involved, including any change in fees and costs caused by or resulting from such Change Proposal. Article 3.5.
