Change Order Defined. Change Order” means and includes a written order to the Design/Builder signed by the Owner or Owner’s Representative and the Design/Builder and issued after the execution of this Agreement, authorizing a change in the Project and/or an adjustment in the Fixed Contract Price or the Contract Time.
