Change of Work Schedule. The provisions of this Article do not apply to relief employees as defined in Article 8.07
Change of Work Schedule. (a) When a change to an employee’s work schedule takes place, the effective date of the new schedule will commence after the employee’s previously scheduled days of rest. Where the employee works his scheduled days of rest, the applicable overtime rates will apply.
Change of Work Schedule. Where the Company changes an employee’s work schedule dur- ing a work period and the employee is required to work in excess of their normal work day of their previous schedule or on the rest days of their previous schedule, they shall be paid overtime rates for that time worked. The new schedule will become the employ- ee’s regular schedule at the conclusion of the rest days of their previous schedule.
Change of Work Schedule. Any employee wishing to change in his/her schedule may do so by selection of an off-duty employee to fill-in for him/her. The schedule change will be submitted in writing to the Police Chief, or his designee, stating the employee’s name, time and date of the change, and time and date the day will be repaid. All changes in the work schedule are subject to the approval of the Police Chief, or his designee, however, no reasonable request shall be denied.
Change of Work Schedule. The Employer may change the time of the beginning or the ending of the work day to suit varying conditions; provided, however, that in order to afford opportunity for joint discussions, changes deemed necessary by the Employer shall be made known to the Local President no less than five (5) work days in advance of such change. Any Change in the work week will be mutually agreed upon by the Local and the Employer. Change of Work Schedule. The provisions of this Article do not apply to relief employees as defined in Article of this Agreement. The provisions of and below shall an is changed by the Company but shall not apply if a change is made at the request of an employee, as a result of the application of any provision in Article to provide training as a result of a temporary medical placement, or as a result of training for progression. The pro- vision of(e) below will apply for any change of work schedule. Double-time will be paid for the first eight hours worked on a new work schedule to which an employee is transferred. (Employees working continuous shifts refer also to Appendix A new workschedule is one where the starting time has been altered by more than one hour from that of the original work schedule, or a change of regular days off, but does not include the regular rotation of days off, changes which are a regular part of hour relief schedules or the shifts worked in continuous operations hours) of the Process department for overtime coverage. Following the change of work schedule the employee’s days off will become those shown on the new work schedule.
Change of Work Schedule i. Twenty-four (24) hours notice will be required for changing any shift or non-shift employee's normal work schedule within the limits described in paragraph 11.2(a).
Change of Work Schedule. Any employee wishing a change in their work schedule may do so by selection of an off duty employee to fill in for them. Change of Work Schedule work cycle or place of work For operational reasons it may be necessary to change work cycles or to transfer personnel from one place of work or a unit to another. In such situations selection of which employees to transfer, and the destination, shall be decided by the employer. No one benefits from unnecessary change of work schedule/unit, but crew requirement and wishes from the employees may make this necessary. When possible the wish of the individual employee will be taken into consideration, also taking into consideration the entire group or groups of employees. Employees having additional or extended period on board or deviation from regular work cycle shall receive overtime payment pursuant to section 5.3. Deviation due to position training or change of position is to be paid for by ordinary hourly wages. In the event of a temporary departure from the work schedule, an additional compens- ation in the amount of NOK 550,- per day, limited upward to NOK 3850,-, is payable for each day the employee works on a day that should have been a leisure day in the period from normal work cycle has been re-established. In the event of permanent transition to a new work cycle a similar compensation will be given for a day that was to have been a leisure day in the last cycle period under the previous work cycle. However, the previous sentence does not apply in connection with the crew's first time mobilising at new place of departure for outward journey, or with change of field or operator for the unit. With instructed change of work schedule as a result of xxxxxxx reduction, only overtime pay is payable according to item 5.3. Independent of the above mentioned, there will be no compensation for lost leisure days with a change of work schedule according to the employee's own wishes.
