Change of Shift or Days On and Days Off. 6.05.01 The provisions of this Article 6.05 are intended to be used solely to cover the scheduled or unscheduled absence of employees within the scope of the Agreement and in the base due to sick leave, maternity leave, child care leave, compassionate leave, bereavement leave and time off for Union Business. In addition, an employee's scheduled shift(s) or scheduled shift(s) starting time or scheduled day(s) on/day(s) off may be altered to meet training requirements, including the training of another employee. These provisions will only be used when the change is for a minimum of three (3) workdays, otherwise it will be considered overtime and will be handled as such.

  • Exchange of Shifts Employees may exchange shifts with the approval of the Employer, provided that, whenever possible, sufficient advance notice in writing is given and provided that there is no increase in cost to the Employer.

  • Change of Shift When an employee's regularly scheduled shift is changed to another shift in that day, he/she shall be given prior notice as follows:

  • Change of Scope 16.1.1 The Authority may, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, require the provision of additional works and services which are not included in the Scope of the Project as contemplated by this Agreement (the “Change of Scope”). The Agent (on behalf and at the expense of the Issuer) shall within 15 days of receipt of the notice (unless the appointment of the relevant Paying Agent is to terminate pursuant to clause 20 on or prior to the date of the change) give or cause to be given not more than 45 days' nor less than 30 days' notice of the change to the Noteholders in accordance with the Conditions.

  • CALAMITY DAYS 1. All employees shall be paid their appropriate rate of pay for all days or part of a day when the school system is closed owing to an epidemic or other public calamity as declared by the Superintendent or his/her designee.
