Change of Principal Place of Business. Borrowers shall give Agent at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of its intention to move its principal place of business from the address set forth in Section 17 hereof.

Change its principal place of business and chief executive office set forth on the first page of this Agreement without first giving Mezzanine Lender thirty (30) days’ prior written notice (but in any event, within the period required pursuant to the UCC) and there shall have been taken such action, reasonably satisfactory to Mezzanine Lender, as may be necessary to maintain fully the effect, perfection and priority of the security interest of Mezzanine Lender hereunder in the Account Collateral (First Mezzanine) and the Rate Cap Collateral at all times;

Lessor shall give prompt notice to each Investor, Lessee and the Agents if Lessor's principal place of business or chief executive office, or the office where the records concerning the Properties or the transactions contemplated by the Operative Documents are kept, ceases to be c/o c/o Wilmington Trust Company, Rodnxx Xxxare North, 1100 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000-0000, xx if it changes its name, identity or structure.

Certificate Trustee shall give prompt notice to the Certificate Purchasers, Lessee and Administrative Agent if Certificate Trustee's principal place of business or chief executive office, or the office where the records concerning the accounts or contract rights relating to the Equipment or the Overall Transaction are kept, shall cease to be located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, XXX 000, Xxxxxxxx, XX, 00000, Attn: Corporate Trust Administration or if it shall change its name, identity or corporate structure.
Change of Principal Place of Business. The Borrower and Guarantors hereby understand and agree that if, at any time hereafter, the Borrower or Guarantor elects to move its Executive Office, or if the Borrower or Guarantor elects to change its name, identity, any trade name used to identify it in the conduct of its business or in the ownership of its properties, or its structure to other than as existing on the date hereof, the Borrower and Guarantors will notify the Agent in writing at least 30 days prior thereto.

Trustee shall give prompt notice to the Lenders, Lessees and the Administrative Agent if Trustee's principal place of business or chief executive office, or the office where the records concerning the accounts or contract rights relating to any of the Facilities or the transactions contemplated by the Operative Documents are kept, shall cease to be located at One Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Gulfport, Mississippi 39502, or if it shall change its name, identity or corporate structure.
Change of Principal Place of Business. The Issuer and the Owner Beneficiary shall give prompt notice to the Tenant and the Collateral Trustee if the Trust Company's principal place of business or chief executive office, or the office where the records concerning the accounts or contract rights relating to the Mortgaged Properties are kept, shall cease to be located at the location described in Exhibit F, paragraph 8 or if it shall change its name, identity or corporate structure.
Change of Principal Place of Business. Borrower hereby agrees that if, at any time hereafter, Borrower elects to (i) move the Executive Office or the principal place of business of a Subsidiary, (ii) change its name or the name of a Subsidiary, or (iii) change its organizational structure or the organizational structure of any Subsidiary to a structure other than a limited liability company or corporation, Borrower will notify Lender in writing at least thirty (30) days prior thereto.
