Common use of Change of Corporate Name Clause in Contracts

Change of Corporate Name. On or before the Closing Date, Seller shall take all appropriate action to change its corporate name to a name that is dissimilar to “Xxxx Industries, Inc.” and such changed name shall not contain any derivation or variation of any named currently used by Seller.

Change of Corporate Name. On or before the Closing Date, Seller shall take all appropriate action steps necessary to change its corporate name to a non-similar name. After the Closing Date, Seller will not, nor will it permit any of its Affiliates to, use the name that is dissimilar to “Xxxx IndustriesMedi-Source, Inc.” and or any confusingly similar variations thereof, in any business conducted by Seller or any such changed name shall not contain any derivation or variation of any named currently used by SellerAffiliates.

Change of Corporate Name. On or before the Closing Date, or as soon thereafter as practicable, Seller shall take all appropriate action to change its corporate name to a new name that which does not include the term "Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Fragrances" or any variation thereof or similar name and otherwise is dissimilar not likely to “Xxxx Industriesbe confused with Seller's present name, Inc.” so as to make Seller's present name available to Buyer. From and after the Closing Date, and until such changed name change shall not contain any derivation or variation of any named currently used by Sellerbe effective, Seller may continue to use its corporate name to the extent necessary to effect an orderly transition.
