CHANGE OF CONSTITUTION. The Terms and Conditions in this Agreement shall continue to be valid and binding for all purposes notwithstanding any change in the Bank’s and/or the Cardholder’s constitution, if a corporation, by amalgamation, consolidation, reconstruction, merger or otherwise, and if an individual, by death.

CHANGE OF CONSTITUTION. The Council may change the constitution if the motion proposing a change is: supported by any three existing members, and prior notice of intent to change has been given at least one months before the annual meeting, and such a motion is approved by three quarters of those Curators or their deputies present at the annual meeting.
