CHANGE OF CONSTITUTION. The Terms and Conditions in this Agreement shall continue to be valid and binding for all purposes notwithstanding any change in the Bank’s and/or the Cardholder’s constitution, if a corporation, by amalgamation, consolidation, reconstruction, merger or otherwise, and if an individual, by death.
CHANGE OF CONSTITUTION. This security shall continue to be valid and binding for all purposes notwithstanding any change at any time or from time to time in the constitution of the Chargor.
CHANGE OF CONSTITUTION. The Council may change the constitution if the motion proposing a change is: supported by any three existing members, and prior notice of intent to change has been given at least one months before the annual meeting, and such a motion is approved by three quarters of those Curators or their deputies present at the annual meeting.
