Common use of Change of Agent Clause in Contracts

Change of Agent. Any person which becomes an Agent as defined in, and in accordance with, the terms of the Senior Facility Agreement, shall at the same time accede to this Agreement by executing and delivering to the Security Trustee an Intercreditor Accession Deed.
