Change Notification. Changes for the Product and Services may be more or less frequent and require Customer to be alert for forthcoming modifications to their Product and/or Services. Unless otherwise noted, O24’s will provide a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notification when Customer is required to take action to upgrade in order to avoid significant degradation to the normal use of the Product or Service. O24 releases new features on an approximately quarterly basis (every three (3) months.) Customer must accept upgrades within ninety (90) days of the release of such upgrades so Customer remains no more than one (1) released version behind current version at any time in order to be eligible for customer support by O24. All updates will be made available to Customer free of charge during the license period.
Change Notification a. Xxxxxx agrees to advise Xxxxx's Authorized Procurement Representative of any change, initiated by Xxxxxx, to the design, form, fit, or function of the goods furnished under this contract. Furthermore, any change involving a substitution of material, changes in Seller's manufacturing and/or acceptance processes, or changes in manufacturing location will be submitted immediately in writing to Xxxxx's Authorized Procurement Representative for processing and review. Buyer will, within 15 days after receipt of the written notice, notify Seller of acceptance, rejection, or other status of such changes. In no event will Seller incorporate such changes without Xxxxx's prior written approval. All goods to be delivered will incorporate all changes and revisions that are approved by Buyer under this clause, commencing with the agreed effectivity of such changes.

Change Notification. GENETHON will notify GENSIGHT of any prospective changes that may impact GENSIGHT Product or process and obtain GENSIGHT documented approval within [**] Business Days of change notification before implementation of the change.
Change Notification. Supplier agrees that it shall not discontinue Goods sold to Company under this Order for a period of at least one (1) year from the date of this Order, unless it first shall give Company at least ninety (90) days prior written notice and an opportunity to purchase additional items of the Goods proposed to be discontinued. Upon notice of discontinued Goods, Company may cancel this order without liability to Company, and Supplier agrees to accept returns of discontinued Goods and to issue Company a full credit at the price which Company originally paid or contracted to pay for such Goods. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, if Company, in its sole discretion, does not agree to the change proposed by Supplier, then in addition to all other rights and remedies at law or equity or otherwise, and without any cost to or liability to Company, Company shall have the right to terminate this Agreement and to terminate any or all Orders for Goods affected by such change without further obligation.
Change Notification. Supplier shall notify Align of all proposed changes that impact the form, fit, function, quality, reliability or status of the Supplies with regard to environmental legislation such as (by way of example and not limitation) the EU Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment. Changes shall be accompanied with an Excel file listing those affected part numbers. The types of changes, as an example, requiring notification include, but are not limited to: (i) changes in components of the goods (die shrink, etc.); (ii) reduced inspection and/or testing; (iii) manufacture site changes; (iv) changes in packing, shipping and labeling of goods or containers; (v) discontinuance of the supply of goods and/or services; or
