Change in Working Hours. If the length of the working hours of the salaried employees at the company or certain of them is changed on 1 May 2013, 1 May 2014 or 1 May 2015, respectively, or later, the salaries of the affected salaried employees shall be changed in proportion to the change in working hours.

Change in Working Hours. Upon giving a minimum of one (1) week's notice, where practicable, to the Association and the individuals concerned, the Company may change the starting and stopping times of shift or regular work week by up to one (1) hour. This pertains to both a general change or a change for individuals or groups of individuals. Any change in starting or stopping times not covered by the above will be made by mutual consent of the Company and the Association. Such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Change in Working Hours. If the length of employees’ working hours at the company, or certain among the employees, are changed on the review date or later in the particular year, the salary for the employees affected shall be adjusted in proportion to the change in working hours.

  • Normal Work Day The normal work day shall be eight (8) hours and the normal work week shall be forty (40) hours, Monday through Friday, provided however that nothing herein shall be construed as guaranteeing any EMPLOYEE eight (8) hours of work per day or forty (40) hours per week. A single shift shall consist of eight (8) hours of continuous employment, except for unpaid lunch period, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Normal Workweek The normal workweek shall consist of five (5) days, eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week. This Article shall not restrict the extension of the regular workday or workweek on an overtime basis when such is necessary to carry on the business of the District.
