Common use of Change in Status Clause in Contracts

Change in Status. The PH-MCO must report to the Department on a weekly Enrollment/Alert file the following: pregnancy (not on CIS), death, newborn (not on CIS) and return mail alerts in accordance with Section VIII.B.5 of this Agreement.
