Common use of Change in Status Clause in Contracts

Change in Status. The PH-MCO must report the following to the Department on a Weekly Enrollment/Disenrollment/Alert file: pregnancy (not on eCIS), death (not on eCIS), newborn (not on eCIS) and return mail alerts in accordance with Section VIII.B.5, Alerts.
