Common use of Change in Status Clause in Contracts

Change in Status. If Licensee entered into this Agreement as a Qualified Not-for-Profit or Qualified Individual but at any subsequent time fails to satisfy any of the conditions that give rise to that status (“Conversion Date”), then Licensee shall pay to Oracle any other fees that come due pursuant to this Exhibit A (which may be different than the fee stated above), the Trademark License and the MSA for parties that are not Qualified Not-for-Profits or Qualified Individuals. For the avoidance of doubt, no such fees shall be due if Licensee entered into this Agreement as a Qualified Individual and terminates this Agreement before the Conversion Date. For the purposes of this Agreement, and so long as not inconsistent with any requirements established pursuant to the Java Community Process:
