Change in Specified Office. (a) (Agents change): If any Agent proposes to change its Specified Office (which must be within the same city as its previous Specified Office), it must give to the Issuer, the Manager, the US$ Note Trustee and the other Agents not less than 30 days’ prior written notice of that change, giving the address of the new Specified Office and stating the date on which the change is to take effect. No change of a Specified Office may occur in the period 15 days before any due date for payment on any US$ Notes.

Change in Specified Office. (a) (AGENTS CHANGE): If any Agent proposes to change its Specified Office (which must be within the same city as its previous Specified Office), it must give to the Issuer the Manager, the Offshore Note Trustee and the other Agents not less than 30 days' prior written notice of that change, giving the address of the new Specified Office and stating the date on which the change is to take effect. No change of a Specified Office may occur in the period 30 days before any due date for payment on any Offshore Notes.
Change in Specified Office. If any of the Agents shall change its specified office (which may only be effected within the same country or, in the case of the Principal Paying agent, the same city), it shall give to the Issuer, the Trustee and, where appropriate, the other Agents not less than 45 days’ prior written notice to that effect giving the address of the new specified office. As soon as practicable thereafter and in any event at least 30 days before the change, the Principal Paying Agent shall give to the Noteholders on behalf of and at the expense of the Issuer notice of the change and the address of the new specified office in accordance with Condition 17 (Notices to Noteholders).

No Credit Party shall change its Fiscal Year.
