Change in Scope of Services. Client or Xxxxxx Beaumont may deem it necessary or appropriate from time to time to add other services or increase, reduce, or change the Xxxxxx Beaumont Services under one or more Value Load Transaction Agreements (a “Service Change”). Either Party may make a proposal for a Service Change, whereupon the Parties shall mutually evaluate feasibility, manner and timing for implementation, impact on pricing, impact on performance requirements and all other relevant matters. A Service Change shall not be implemented unless and until the Service Change is approved by both Parties. If the Service Change is approved by the Parties, the Service Change shall be implemented by Xxxxxx Beaumont as expeditiously as possible. An approved Service Change shall be set forth in a written amendment to the applicable Program Schedule, which amendment shall be signed by authorized representatives of the Parties.

Change in Scope of Services. The parties recognize that they have entered into this Agreement based upon currently existing operating requirements. Should a change in any of these requirements occur which necessitates a change in the scope of services and/or necessitates additional services so as to increase or decrease the cost of operating or performing other services as contemplated by this Agreement, either party may present documentation to support an increase or decrease to the per diem rate. Thereafter, the parties will use their best efforts to arrive at a mutually accepted increase or decrease in the per diem rate. Specifically it is understood that CDCR may require additional medical and healthcare staffing above that as shown in the staffing information provided by CONTRACTOR (Said staffing information is attached hereto as Attachment A, and is incorporated into this agreement by reference and specifically made a part hereof). In said event CDCR agrees to bear the actual cost incurred by CONTRACTOR in providing those additional medical and healthcare services.
Change in Scope of Services. If during the term of this Agreement, MP Securities’ need for administrative services hereunder is increased or reduced by a significant change in the scope of MP Securities’ business or operations, as a result of dispositions or otherwise, MP Securities may request, and MPIC may provide, an appropriate change in the level of services provided hereunder and such parties shall in good faith redetermine the fee payable for such services for the remainder of the term of this Agreement on the basis of the change in level of such administrative services. ​

Change in Scope of Services. The Consultant shall perform no work for the Agency beyond the scope of services described in the Scope of Work without the Executive Director’s prior written consent. Should either the Agency or the Consultant determine that services beyond the services described in the Scope of Work are required, the Consultant shall provide the Agency with an amendment to the Scope of Work for the services to be performed. The amendment shall describe the modifications to the services, deliverables, and costs set forth in Exhibit A.

OUTSOURCER shall not begin performing any Change in Scope of Service until CLIENT Contract Executive has provided OUTSOURCER with written authorization to perform the Change in Scope of Service from the CLIENT Contract Executive. The document (the "Change Order") evidencing each agreed upon Change in Scope of Service shall reference Exhibit A and be deemed an amendment thereto.

Change in Scope of Services. OPERATOR may, within reason, alter the operation of and/or Sewer Line from the O&M Manual to achieve the objectives of this Agreement. No alteration shall be made without TCSD's prior written approval. In the event that TCSD shall deny such approval, OPERATOR shall not perform the proposed alteration, but OPERATOR shall continue to perform it duties and obligations under this Agreement as provided herein and in Appendix C, COMPENSATION FOR SERVICES TABLES. OPERATOR is not responsible for operations performed by TCSD that do not conform with the O&M Manual.
Change in Scope of Services. 4.1.Customer may request additional services during the Term by (i) executing a statement of work prepared by the Service Provider (“SOW”); or (ii) by placing a Purchase Order. SOWs and Purchase Orders may also be collectively referred to as “Orders”. SOWs will not be effective unless signed by both Parties. Customer and Service Provider may execute multiple Orders under this Agreement and all Orders will be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Each additional Order will supplement rather than replace the prior Orders, unless otherwise stated by the Parties in writing.
