Common use of Change in Ownership Clause in Contracts

Change in Ownership. Engage in or permit any of its Subsidiaries to engage in any business other than the businesses currently engaged in by Borrower or reasonably related thereto or have a material change in its ownership of greater than fifty percent (50%) (other than by the sale by Borrower of Borrower’s Equity Securities in a public offering or to venture capital investors so long as Borrower identifies to Lender the venture capital investors prior to the closing of the investment).

Change in Ownership. Engage in or permit any of its Subsidiaries to engage in any business other than the businesses currently engaged in by Borrower or reasonably related thereto or have a material change in its ownership of greater than fifty twenty five percent (5025%) (other than by the sale by Borrower of Borrower’s Equity Securities in a public offering or to venture capital or other investors so long as Borrower identifies to Lender the venture capital or other investors prior to the closing of the investment).

Change in Ownership. Engage in or permit any of its Subsidiaries to engage in any business other than the businesses currently engaged in by Borrower or reasonably related thereto or have a material change in its ownership of greater than fifty forty nine percent (5049%) (other than by the sale by Borrower of Borrower’s Equity Securities in a public offering or to venture capital investors so long as Borrower identifies to Lender the venture capital investors prior to the closing of the investment).

Change in Ownership. Engage in or permit any of its Subsidiaries to engage in any business other than the businesses currently engaged in by Borrower or reasonably related thereto or at any time that the Borrower’s stock ceases to be traded on a public national exchange or stock market, have a material change in its ownership of greater than fifty twenty five percent (5025%) (other than by the sale by Borrower of Borrower’s Equity Securities in a public offering or to venture capital investors so long as Borrower identifies to Lender the venture capital investors prior to the closing of the investment).

Engage in or permit any of its Subsidiaries to engage in any business other than the businesses currently engaged in by Borrower or reasonably related thereto or have a material change in its management (other than as disclosed to Lenders in writing prior to the date hereof) or a change in its ownership of greater than fifty twenty-five percent (5025%) (other than by the sale by Borrower of Borrower’s 's Equity Securities in a public offering or to venture capital investors so long as Borrower identifies identities to Lender Lenders the venture capital investors prior to the closing of the investment).

Engage in or permit any of its Subsidiaries to engage in any business other than the businesses currently engaged in by Borrower or reasonably related thereto or have a material change in its ownership of greater than fifty forty-nine percent (5049%) (other than by the sale by Borrower of Borrower’s 's Equity Securities in a public offering or to venture capital investors so long as Borrower identifies to Lender the venture capital investors prior to the closing of the investment).
