Change in Nature. No substantial change in the nature or structure of the Source Service may be made without the prior written consent of Telerate, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Change in Nature. The Retention of Title clause will not offer the exporter protection if the exported item has lost its original character to the extent that it is no longer recognisable. This is because the exporter is not entitled to rights for any new product resulting from such an alteration. In other words, if the original substance of the goods is substantially altered by the buyer after taking delivery, the Retention of Title clause will no longer apply.
