Common use of Change in Control Period Clause in Contracts

Change in Control Period. “Change in Control Period” means the period beginning on the date of a Change in Control and ending on the one-year anniversary of the Change in Control.

Change in Control Period. “Change in The Change-in-Control Period” means Period shall mean the period beginning commencing on the date of a Change in Control and ending on the one-year twelve (12) month anniversary of the Change in Controldate thereof.
