You can do so by calling or writing your Division’s Customer Service (see Section 4). We encourage you to simultaneously update your addresses within the separate general services section of your Division’s Website.

Change in Contact Information. We require you to provide an email address, mobile telephone number, and physical street address (address cannot be a P.O. Box). You are responsible for promptly notifying us of any change to any such contact information or your name. In some instances, we may request additional information for verification purposes. Any notice we mail to you (or email to you if you’ve told us to communicate with you electronically) will be binding when sent to the last (postal or electronic) address in our records. We may change your address if we receive an address change notice from the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or if a company in the business of providing correct addresses informs us that the address in our records no longer matches your address. Even if you elected to receive electronic communications from us, we may still provide you information via the USPS.

I agree that you may contact me at any email address I supply you regarding the originations, servicing and collections of my loan. Additionally, you may text message me at any phone or email address I provide. Application of Loan Proceeds. The proceeds of the loan evidenced by this Loan Agreement shall not be applied, directly or indirectly, for any purpose other than financing the Student Borrower’s cost of attendance at a not for profit degree-granting institution. By signing this Loan Agreement, each of the Student Borrower and each Co- Borrower hereby certifies that the information supplied in the loan application for the loan made under this Loan Agreement concerning the Student Borrower’s state of residence and the identity and location of the Institution at which the cost of attendance financed by the loan made under this Loan Agreement have been or are being incurred is true, correct and accurate, and acknowledges that the Authority is relying on such certification in determining the Student Borrower’s eligibility for the loan made under this Loan Agreement.

We are not required to act on any instruction or message from you provided by fax, SMS/text, telephone voice mail, message service or answering machine. Whenever this Agreement or applicable law requires or allows you to give us written notice, we will not consider SMS/text or fax to be written notice.

  • Business Contact Information Each party consents to the other party using its Business Contact Information for contract management, payment processing, service offering, and business development purposes related to the Agreement and such other purposes as set out in the using party’s global data privacy policy (copies of which shall be made available upon request).   • Updating Contact Information I understand and agree that I am responsible for keeping Lock Haven University records up to date with my current physical addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers by following the procedure at MyHaven Change of Address/ Phone Form. I authorize Lock Haven University to apply my Title IV financial aid to other charges assessed to my student account such as student health insurance, parking permits, bookstore charges, service fees and fines, and any other education related charges. I may withdraw it at any time by notifying the Financial Aid Office in writing. Prizes, Awards, Scholarships, Grants: I understand that all prizes, awards, scholarships and grants awarded to me by Lock Haven University will be credited to my student account and applied toward any outstanding balance. I further understand that my receipt of a prize, award, scholarship or grant is considered a financial resource according to federal Title IV financial aid regulations, and may therefore reduce my eligibility for other federal and/or state financial aid (i.e., loans, grants, Federal Work Study) which, if already disbursed to my student account, may need to be reversed and returned to the aid source.
