Change in Carrier. 12.10 Should there be a change of the carrier of any or all of the employee benefits set forth in this Article, such change of carrier shall not itself result in a change in benefit levels.

Change in Carrier. Prior to any changes in benefit plans, programs, or premiums, the Employer will notify the Union of the changes. Following the notice to the Union, the Employer and the Union will meet and the employer will provide a summary of proposed changes in these plans, and if requested to do so, shall bargain with the Union in good faith to impasse prior to implementing such changes.
