Change in Carrier Sample Clauses
Change in Carrier. Should there be a change of the carrier of any or all of the employee benefits set forth in this Article, such change of carrier shall not itself result in a change in benefit levels.
Change in Carrier. In the event the board changes the carrier for any insurance program during the term of the contract, the coverage shall be substantially equal to or greater than the existing coverage. “
Change in Carrier. The Board shall have the right to change carriers during the term of this Agreement so long as the coverage is at least equal to or greater than provided for by the predecessor carrier.
Change in Carrier. The Board reserves the right to change carriers on any of the insurance coverage noted above provided the insurance maintains equal or better coverage.

It is agreed that the Employer can change the carrier of any plan provided that there is no reduction in benefits and provided that the Employer gives the Union not less than sixty (60) days’ notice of such change, furnishes the Union with full particulars of the plan to be substituted and meets with the Union Representatives to discuss and explain the change proposed. The Union acknowledges that the Employer has agreed, for the term of this Agreement, to absorb the additional costs due to increased premiums required to maintain the current level of Health Care Benefits Plans.
Change in Carrier. In the event the Employer intends to change any carriers, carrier selection shall be by mutual agreement, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld. A change in carriers shall not result in any changes in the current level of health and welfare benefits.
Change in Carrier. In the event Customer desires to change its long distance service provider and/or translate Customer's CIC to another carrier, in order to allow MCI WorldCom to issue a proper disconnect notice to the applicable LEC and to insure Usage Charges (as defined in Subsection 1(A) above) are billed to the correct party, Customer agrees to notify MCI WorldCom in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to such change (the "CARRIER CHANGE EFFECTIVE DATE"). The notice provided to MCI WorldCom as described herein shall identify all tandems in which a change of carriers will occur. Further, Customer agrees to provide MCI WorldCom with an appropriate LOA sufficient to allow MCI WorldCom to deal directly with the LECs with respect to the timing of billing changes associated with such carrier changes, provided, however, Customer shall be responsible for all Usage Charges following any such change of carriers. Customer acknowledges that if it changes its long distance services provider and/or translates Customer's CIC to another carrier, such change or translation must be effective with respect to all tandems in a LATA simultaneously.
Change in Carrier. 5.1. Prior to any change in insurance plans or carriers, the Representative Council shall notify and consult with the Association.
5.2. Any change in insurance carriers or plans shall not reduce the level of benefits or change the nature of the administration of such benefits.
5.3. A representative of the insurance carrier shall meet with the President of the Association and/or his/her designees and the Executive Director and/or his/her designees to explain any proposed changes. The Representative Council shall make available to the Association all necessary information in order to facilitate any meeting(s) with any insurance representative.
5.4. If the President does not approve of a proposed change as recommended by the Executive Director, he/she shall submit a written statement detailing the reasons for such disapproval. The statement shall specifically list the reductions in the level of benefits and/or administration inadequacies to which he/she objects.
5.5. The Association must submit this written statement within thirty (30) days of the meeting(s) with the insurance representative(s). An extension shall be granted for an additional 30 days upon written request from the Association.
Change in Carrier. Should the Board choose to change carriers, the Association and its membership shall be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to the effective date of the change-over.
