Change in Airframe. By mutual agreement, notwithstanding Section 6.5 of this Agreement, in the event of a change in Airframe, including but not limited to the introduction of a new Airframe, change in Airframe, or elimination of an Airframe (anticipated, pending, or actual), the Company shall have the right to utilize instructors on multiple Airframes. Prior to doing so, the Company shall 1) notify the Union of the change; 2) present the Union with a detailed Instructor Utilization Plan which must include an anticipated time frame for the multi-Airframe utilization; and 3) meet with the Union to discuss and receive input from the Union regarding the Utilization plan.
