Change in Agreement. Any change deemed necessary in this Agreement may be made by mutual agreement at any time during the life of this Agreement.
Change in Agreement. By receipt of the IDV Services, Customer agrees to, and shall comply with, changes to the Restricted License (Part 4, Section B, ¶ 1) and changes in pricing as CID shall make from time to time by notice to Customer via e-mail, online click wrap amendments, facsimile, mail, or other written notification. All e-mail notifications shall be sent to the individual named in the Account Contact Information section (Part 1, Section B), unless stated otherwise in this Agreement.
Change in Agreement. This Agreement may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from, or modified only through the voluntary mutual consent of the parties in written and signed amendment to this Agreement.

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend, modify, or change this Agreement, including any of the applicable commission schedules or the Supplement in any manner at any time in the future, provided, however, that any amendment, modification, or change in commissions, fees, or other compensation shall apply only to policies or contracts issued by the Company after the effective date of such change.

All e-mail notifications shall be sent to the individual named in the Customer Administrator Contact Information section, unless stated otherwise in this Agreement. LocatePLUS may, at any time, impose restrictions and/or prohibitions on the Customer’s use of the LocatePLUS Services or certain data. Customer understands that such restrictions or changes in access may be the result of a modification in LocatePLUS policy, a modification of third-party agreements, a modification in industry standards, a Security Event or a change in law or regulation, or the interpretation thereof. Upon written notification by LocatePLUS of such restrictions, Customer agrees to comply with such restrictions.

Change in Agreement. We may at any time change this agreement and can add or delete provisions relating to your Account. We will notify you of any change. As permitted by applicable law, any change will become effective at the time stated in the notice and will apply to all outstanding balances of your Account as well as to future transactions.
