Chamber Music. A chamber music group is defined as any group of fewer than thirteen (13) musicians. The size of the group is to be determined solely by the specific instrumentation of the repertoire. When a chamber work is scheduled, the Personnel Manager must inform the musicians and the Orchestra Committee not less than sixty (60) days prior to the first rehearsal. The National Ballet shall propose fees to the members of the chamber group. The chamber group may request the TMA to negotiate on their behalf if the proposed fee is deemed inadequate.

Chamber Music. It is recognized that an ensemble comprising 15 or less solo musicians constitutes a chamber ensemble. The Section Principal rate will be payable for musicians engaged for chamber music. An ensemble comprising 5 or less musicians will be subject to further discussion on an individual basis, although this does not guarantee that further payment will be forthcoming.
Chamber Music. For the purpose of this agreement, chamber music is defined as ‘music written by the composer for only one player to each and every part’. • Musicians engaged to play chamber music will be paid at Section Principal or Principal fees for chamber operas and / or concerts.

This includes the Hereford Rural Concerts and Night Owl Concerts.

Chamber Music. The parties recognize the value of providing interested Musicians the opportunity to perform chamber music on a voluntary basis. The Music Director (or Artistic Director) may request specific Musicians for particular works. If no agreement is reached, the MOMC shall propose other Musicians for that chamber music performance, taking into account the factors set forth herein. The ultimate decision as to whether to perform the work shall be made by the Music Director (or Artistic Director). Chamber music programs may be proposed by the Music Director, Artistic Director, Artistic Advisory Committee, or performing Musicians, subject to final approval from the Music Director (or Artistic Director). In accomplishing the mutual goal of providing such opportunities, the MOMC together with the Music Director (or Artistic Director) shall arrange for chamber music opportunities to be distributed equitably among all interested Musicians, taking into account artistic requirements, nature of repertoire, and prior opportunities. The fee for performing chamber music under this Section, inclusive of rehearsal(s) and performance, shall be as follows: Effective Date October 1, 2002 $403.21 October 1, 2003 $415.31 When doubling is required by chamber music repertoire, one doubling fee shall be paid at the concert rate outlined in Section 8.5 for each set of rehearsals and performance.

Era Sakti Wiraforestama bukanlah terjadi dengan sendirinya xxx penguasaan semena-mena, melainkan diawali dengan suatu perjanjian kepada xxxxx masyarakat pemilik tanah tersebut.
