Cessation of services. Upon receipt of notice of termination under Sub-Clause 2.9.1, or giving of notice of termination under Sub-Clause 2.9.2, the Consultants shall take all necessary steps to bring the Services to a close in a prompt and orderly manner and shall make every reasonable effort to keep expenditures for this purpose to a minimum. With respect to documents prepared by the Consultants, and equipment and materials furnished by the Client, the Consultants shall proceed as provided, respectively, by Sub-Clauses 3.8 or 3.9.
