Cessation of Funding. Notwithstanding any contrary language in Paragraphs 5 and 11, in the event that federal, state, or other non-County funding for this Contract ceases, this Contract is terminated without notice.

In the event that Federal, State, County, Grant funding for this Contract ceases, this Contract may be terminated by County immediately without notice and without penalty to the County. In the event no funds or insufficient funds are appropriated and budgeted in any Fiscal Year for payments due under this Contract, this Contract shall create no obligation on the County except as to the portions of payment herein agreed upon for which funds shall have been appropriated and budgeted, and no right of action or damages shall accrue to the benefit of Supplier, its successors, and assigns, as to that portion of this Contract which may so become unenforceable.
Cessation of Funding. Upon the occurrence of a Default, Bank shall have the right to immediately terminate further funding of any Approved Construction Loan irrespective of the stage of completion, and to terminate consideration of applications for new Approved Construction Loans.
