Common use of Certified Staff Clause in Contracts

Certified Staff. A. Employees may advance on the salary schedule from one-degree level to another, or to the immediate step beyond a degree, such as BS plus 20, twice during a school year upon successful completion of schedule requirements. Transcripts from the training institution must be presented to the Superintendent’s Office to verify the completion of the course work before October 15, for a full year adjustment and March 15, for the second semester of the school year.
