Certified Articles. The Borrower shall have furnished to the Bank a copy of the Articles of Incorporation including all amendments thereto and restatements thereof, and all other charter documents of the Borrower, which shall have been certified by the jurisdiction of organization of the respective parties thereto.
Certified Articles. The Company and each Subsidiary Guarantor shall have delivered to such Purchaser certified copies of the articles or certificate of incorporation, certificate of organization or limited partnership, or other registered organizational documents from the Secretary of State of its state of formation.
Certified Articles. Each Credit Party shall deliver to such Purchaser certified copies of the articles or certificate of incorporation, certificate of organization or limited partnership, or other registered organizational documents from the Secretary of State of Company’s state of formation.

Within fifteen days after the Closing Date (or such extended period of time as agreed to by the Administrative Agent), deliver to the Administrative Agent a copy of the articles or certificate of incorporation of Lionbridge Global Solutions II, Inc., certified to be true and complete as of a recent date by the New York Secretary of State.
Certified Articles. Copies of the articles of incorporation of the Company and each Loan Party, in each case certified by the Secretary of State of the applicable state of incorporation.

A copy of the Company’s Articles of Incorporation, as amended, including but not limited to the Articles of Amendment containing the Certificate of Designation, certified by the Colorado Secretary of State, and a copy of the Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Organization, or similar organizational document for each Subsidiary, certified by the Secretary of State of the jurisdiction in which such Subsidiary is incorporated or organized;
Certified Articles. Certified copies of the certificate of formation or other registered organizational documents from the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware for each of the Credit Parties.
Certified Articles. The Company, each Subsidiary Guarantor and the Dutch Subsidiary Issuer (to the extent it is issuing any Notes) shall have delivered to such Purchaser certified copies of the articles or certificate of incorporation, certificate of organization or limited partnership, or other registered organizational documents from the Secretary of State of its state of formation or the relevant Dutch equivalent.
Certified Articles. Articles of Incorporation of CCI certified by the Secretary of State of North Carolina within ten (10) days prior to the Closing.
