Certifications and Assurances. (a) CONSULTANT shall adhere to the requirements contained in HCAOG’s annual Certification and Assurances (FHWA and FTA “Regional Transportation Planning Process Certification”) submitted as part of HCAOG’s OWP, pursuant to 23 CFR 450.334 and 23 U.S.C. 134. This Certification shall be published annually in HCAOG’s OWP when federal funds are used.
