Common use of Certification of Completion Clause in Contracts

Certification of Completion. OF APPRENTICESHIP Upon completion of the apprenticeship under these apprenticeship standards, the Joint Apprenticeship Committee will recommend to the Industrial Training Branch, Ministry of Skills Development, that a certificate signifying completion of the apprenticeship be issued to the apprentice. No certificates will be issued by the Industrial Training Branch, Ministry of Skills Development, unless approved by the Joint Apprenticeship Committee.

Certification of Completion. No certificates certificate will be issued by the Industrial Manpower Training Branch, Ministry of Skills Development, Colleges and Universities unless approved by the Joint Apprenticeship Committee.
