Common use of Certification of Completion Clause in Contracts

Certification of completion of the program will be contingent upon, including but not limited to, Resident returning all property of the Medical Center such as books, equipment, or protected health information, and having completed all medical records for which he or she is responsible, as well as, having settled any other professional or financial obligations to the Medical Center.
