Certification Forms. (a) Whenever any certification is to be given by a beneficial owner of a portion of a Restricted Global Note pursuant to Section 2.07(c)(v)(D) in connection with the initial transfer of a beneficial interest in a Restricted Global Note to a Person who wishes to take delivery thereof in the form of a beneficial interest in a Regulation S Global Note, such certification shall be provided substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit C hereto.
